One of the receptionists particularly unfriendly. We were given a room...occupied by other guests. Luckily gentleman working at the counter next to the reception escorted us to our room and realized that there was a mistake. Room cleaned every single day, our pijamas etc. were taken off the bed and just thrown onto the desk. Although the bed was made, clothes were not put back on it each time. To summarize - unnecessary effort and time consuming task for the cleaning lady - it would be more than sufficient to clean the room every other day, if not less frequently. Otherwise, great location, subway station just around the corner, shops, restaurants nearby, Carrefour just accross the street. Decent breakfast. And one more small but rather annoying thing - Lavazza machine at the reception constantly out of order. I suspect it was due to the fact that it was running out of coffee really quickly but perhaps it would be worth for the hotel to consider leasing or purchasing a bigger machine that would meet the (apparently) big demand for this drink.
