Transformed from a 15th-century castle, this enchanting hotel has a noble past and beautiful features including a central courtyard and grand restaurant. Not the best Parador. It’s probably not the best hotel in Zafra! However the actually building is historic dating back to the 14th century. The place does need a bit of an upgrade. The food was IK not sensational and the service in the restaurant a bit sl

Lovely building but the rest of the town was nothing special. No AC in our room.

We had a lovely stay in the monumental Parador at Zafra with our 3 kids. We had a terriffic lunch of tapas in the marble courtyard - one of the dishes "tosta de anchoas" was memorable.Each Parador we stayed in was unique and interesting and Zafra did not

Exceptionally beautiful place to stay, specially if you like history. This was the headquarters of the House of Feria, a long lived aristocratic Spanish family closely linked with the crown since 1300s.
